SmartCore Updates Released in July 2023

The SmartCore is excited to release the following features:
- Quick groupings for your customers
- All Active – Every customer not marked as Inactive.
- New – customer that have created an account in the last 14 days.
- Upcoming – customers with upcoming appointments.
- 30 Days – customers with no upcoming appointments but that have had an appointment in the last 30 days.
- 60 Days – customers with no appointments in the last 30 days but have had an appointment in the last 60 days.
- Older – customer with no appointments in the last 60 days.
- No Classes – customers that have never had a class.
- Has Membership – customers with an active membership at your gym.
- Inactive – customers marked as inactive.
- Custom Purchase – a quick way to charge your customers for a custom amount for services.
- Owners dashboard now shows your SmartCore subscription level, the number of members you are allowed to have and your number of active members which is defined as a member that has met one or more of the following criteria:
- Has an active membership with your gym paid for via Stripe.
- Has taken a class in the last 60 days
- Has signed up for an upcoming class
- New version of the mobile app to support these features.
